The four smart guys from the north of germany know what to do when entering the stage: then youll not only get great driving songs which indeed have earworm-character but also a very active and impressing performance on stage which wont keep you calm. The band is Sascha Gabert (git, lead voc), Florian Jankowski (git, scream voc.), Mike Gründer (bass, back voc.) and Sören Schlotfeldt (drums, backvoc.) and was founded in 2002. They achieved aims which others just still dream about. They won many contests like the german Newcomer Contest Local Heroes (2004) where they belonged to the top 5 newcomer bands in Germany! A known jury early recognized that No-Thing is not only filled with talent but also uses it. In mid-2005 the band released their Debut album Try to Escape. After numerous good reviews and positive feedback they shot their first music video to the opener Find your Way which was downloaded more than 5000 times of the bands official website. No-Thing is seen everywhere in Germany. For example Berlin, Hamburg, Kiel or Leipzig. The most amazing gigs were the Local-Heroes finals in Salzwedel with 1500 and the Fuck Christmas Festival in Hamburg with more than 2000 spectatores. They supported bands like Waterdown, Ephen Rian, Fire in the Attic or The Heartbreak Motel and were always adjudged as an excellent and uncomplicated support. Although No-Thing is a newcomer band without a label they cut an amazing and mature figure. ........
