We're just two amateur musicians who built our own recording studio. We write music and play all of the instruments by ourselves. We began making conceptual music videos as another means to express our over active imaginations and they've become quite popular having been watched by almost half a million people (so far). We broadcast a hard rock show from our main website (the MOTHERSHIP) that has a new theme every month and features a constantly changing menu of unique diversions for rockers from around the world. -

Influences
OUR PHILOSOPHY - Although people tend to classify progressive music into genres, we don't necessarily agree with this practice since it divides listeners into opposing and competitive camps. Regardless of the genre, progressive music demonstrates exceptional musicianship, songwriting and singing skills. Progressive rock is simply advanced rock and roll played by artists who aren't too young to be sophisticated, nor too sophisticated to sound youthful. Even though progressive music celebrates individuality, talent and intelligence, the music shouldn't become self-serving and should always be considered a gift for others to enjoy. Learning to play music was FUN when we all started so we shouldn't ever forget our roots. When egos or the lure of fame and fortune interfere with the altruistic spirit of unchallenged creativity, the music suffers and it stops being fun. Hopefully we'll never become too old, or too anything to consider our musical ambitions anything but passionate fun. The only wrinkle in our philosophy is that our version of fun requires a lifetime of devotion and a complete surrender to continuous music education. It's easy; it just takes hard work. -
