    Founded in 2004 in Comines (West Side Belgium-French border)for the love of reggae music through all his styles, Jahwed was first a reggae live band founded by 2 brothers Nerlock Ki La and Taïwé. Later Likkle Rhym joined the live act with some other MC's to become actually one of the 2 main singers of the group with Nerlock Ki La which is the first Belgian artist to have record a 7" vynil on a Jamaican Label (Ujama-Prince Jazzbo) "Di Dollar it a Die" alongside veteran jamaican artist Black Thunder. After several years in the business, Jahwed decided to create Jahwed Sound when King Rachid and Mad Codiouf joined the family. With 2 Selectors/operators King Rachid & Taïwé + Mad Codiouf as MC/Selector, Jahwed is now ready to mash up any party all around towns in all reggae style : Digital-Early D-Roots-Foundation-Dub-Dancehall from Jamaica but also from France/West Indies . They are playing regularly in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany,...played and sing first part with some big names like The Gladiators, Ziggi, General Levy, Gramigna, David Rodigan, Black Chiney, Komposti, Furybass, Guiding Star, Sentinel, Irie Crew, Echo Minott, Wayne Smith, Raggasonic,... In 2011, JAHWED FAMILY won the second edition of BELJAM CUP CLASH in Gent. Jahwed is available anytime for live show or inna soundsystem style and also the full combination on request.

    Nous clôturons une année tumultueuse et pleines de faits divers pas toujours gaies.
    Je garde néanmoins à l'esprit que la vie à ses hauts et ses bas et c'est à nous de la prendre en main et de la diriger.
    A tout ceux pour qui ces mois ont été plus difficiles je souhaite de la joie,du bonheur et de la prospérité, sans parler pour autant de biens matériels.
    Je leurs souhaite de profiter de leur famille et de leurs amis car on oublie trop souvent de dire combien on les aimes et quand le malheur frappe il est souvent trop tard.
    A ceux pour qui les choses ont été plus joyeuse, qu'il en soit de même mais n'oublions pas que rien n'est acquis.c'est un combat de tous les instants.
    Que 2011 soit source de joie, de bénédictions et d'allégresse pour chacun de nous. N'oublions pas que la vie est un cadeau du ciel, cadeau qu'il nous faut prendre le temps de chérir et d'apprécier.
    Que les rêves deviennent réalité, que les espoirs deviennent palpables...
